Library/Field Parking Lot Project

The project is separated into two phases described as Phase 1 and Phase 2. Work for Phase 1 and Phase 2 are not sequential in project duration. Due to the need for environmental clearance and permits, there is expected to be approximately a one-year gap between phases. Bidders shall bid each phase independent of one other and assume there will be no overlap in work.
