Alterations and New Classroom Building at Monte Vista Elementary School, HSD #16-19-22/23

The Project description includes, but not limited to the following: (Part A) 1.) Replacement of existing roofing (including covered walkways) at Buildings A, B, C, D, E & Multipurpose. 2.) Replacement of existing windows and exterior storefront at Buildings A, B, C, D, E & Multipurpose. 3.) Replacement of existing HVAC at Buildings A, B, C, D, E & Multipurpose, including construction of new mechanical closets and installation of condensing units and equipment screens on existing roofs. 4.) Alterations to existing restrooms and drinking fountains at Buildings A, B, D & Multipurpose. (Part B) 5.) Construction of a single-story four-classroom building, including associated site work, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm work, etc. at the Monte Vista Elementary School site.
