Bid# 681: Ventura College Outdoor Kinesiology Classroom Site Improvements

This scope of work is a summary and is not intended to limit work described in the construction documents with exception of specific items listed by another contractor. This project includes removal of existing hardscape, site preparation for proposed new hardscape, removal of existing and new landscape and irrigation, new concrete and asphalt paving, power, lighting and fire alarm systems in and around the shade structure.
