This will be a Level 2 Project:
• Level 2 – Contracts for less than $5,000,000
o Applicants have prequalified in FUSD’s Quality Bidders at least 7 days prior to bid
o Within the past 5 years, contractor has completed at least 3 public works contracts with a cumulative total of at least $2,000,000.
o Applicant’s actual bid limit will be based on the applicant’s single project bond limit as specified in their letter of bond ability or $5,000,000, whichever is less.
