Terminal 2 Recommissioning - Phase 1

The Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District (MTD), a public transit operator, is seeking general construction services at its Terminal 2 bus facilities at 5353 Overpass Rd. Goleta, CA 93111. The scope of the improvements includes: A new public sidewalk and adjacent landscaping (offsite); (sitework) Replacement of perimeter fencing and gates; Replacement of site lighting; Addition of a new van-accessible parking space; Upgrades to existing parking canopies and installation of new steel frame canopy; Installation of new above-ground 12,000-gallon diesel fuel tank; Refurbishment of existing bus wash building; Repairs to office/maintenance building, including abatement of lead paint and asbestos and replacement of rooftop HVAC mechanical unit.
